Programs Offered
There is a weekly color, letter, and religious theme offered at the "God's Awesome Children" and "My God and My Great Big World" programs of Merry Manor School of Childhood. We provide a variety of child development opportunities for your child. These activities are also fun for them.
Group Time
Our program offers a variety of activities designed to introduce your child to reading readiness, pre-math, and more. The lessons are centered on weekly colors, letters, and themes.
Art
We involve children in many types of activities, including finger painting, texture rubbings, cutting, pasting, and much more. We focus our activities around the weekly color, letter, and theme. We feel that art provides an excellent chance for all children to express their individual creativity.
Music
Music is one of the most enjoyable activities for children and teachers alike. We feel that music provides time for children to express themselves through singing, rhythm band, and musical games—as well as utilize their muscles through movement and dance.
Cooking
The children enjoy weekly cooking experiences in which each child is able to participate in preparing and eating many different foods. This provides an ideal time to introduce a number of concepts, including arithmetic, nutrition, science, and various cultures.
